And be up at night when it’s cooler; like that we don’t get sunburned when we go outside.

2. It’s hard to reverse one’s schedule since our bodies were designed to be diurnal.

June 26, 2014 3:50 am at 3:50 am #1021447Sam2ParticipantWe were designed to sleep at night and stay awake during the day. We have changed that by creating perpetual day (via electric lights).
June 26, 2014 4:27 am at 4:27 am #1021448Little FroggieMemberI generally sleep walk in the winter. How do I reverse that for summer? Walk backwards or stand on my head?
June 26, 2014 11:11 am at 11:11 am #1021449akupermaParticipantSam2: We have changed the ability to work at night through improved lights. Our bodies’ design is not under our control, and being noctural (sleeping days, working nights) is problematic for one’s health.
