I notice a common problem when it comes to parking, you will flick on the turn signal to park but the person behind you thinks you want to make a left or right and doesn’t realize you want to park before they are right on your bumper and there’s no room to do your parallel park. Why haven’t the auto makers made a separate blinker just for parking so that the driver behind you will know immediately what you intend to do?

We need special Brooklyn cars. Sound proof body (blocks all other’s honking and “music”). Fifteen foghorns to be used .005 seconds before light turns green. Fortified steel fenders, bumpers.

Outside of NYC no one would think of such a thing since parking is much different.
If drivers don’t signal when turning corners, why would you think that they would signal when parking?
A don’t have a problem, I just signal and backup and let the guy on my tail worry about getting hit!
