    1) Why is it muttar to read from a Torah that is being hidden from a government that has prohibited Jewish observances?

    2) Why is if muttar to make a bracha for shaking a lulav and etrog that were illegally brought in to a country?

    3) Why is it muttar to eat and say a bracha on kosher food that was snuck into a region without permission from authorities?

    Thank you

The Torah recognizes the authority of government only in certain matters.
Those matters do not include outlawing any aspect of Torah-observance.

It is muttar to ignore and disregard government laws set against Jewish practices.
