Pure butter is a machlokes. Nowadays, they use starter distillate, so it might be a problem according to all opinions.June 18, 2018 11:04 am at 11:04 am #1541506
Daas Yochid. Pure butter is not a machlokes. its straight up mutter. Ask any competent posek. The reason why is because once you put pig milk in regular butter fat it wont congeal to become butter. So the Halacha was never applicable to pure butter. But one must make sure that it is pure butter and nothing was added. Ive gone through the Halacha and have spoken with many poskim about itJune 18, 2018 11:04 am at 11:04 am #1541508JosephParticipant
