Can someone please enlighten me as to why Israel is constantly giving money to the PA? I think they call it taxes, but is this money that is collected by Israel from PA residents? Then I saw something recently about electrical payments to an Israeli company for providing electricity. Are these private agreements or part of some ‘peace’ accords? Can someone give us some history or background about this? Very appreciated. Thank you.
I think they’re talking about taxes that were withheld from income or whatever from palestinians, on behalf of the PA.
