It’s set to start running as early as the summer. What does the oilam have to say about it? there’s been much hock (see <http://www.theyeshivaworld.com/coffeeroom/topic/whats-the-defenition-of-hock-or-a-hocker> for teitsh of “hock”) about. some it cost too much and caused too much traffic to be k’dai.
Also, I heard that this stage is only one of seven. If it’s successful they’ll continue to the other seven.
Once it gets running I plan to take it at least once. I live in Israel but don’t get to Jerusalem very often.
As for it having cost to much at this point is is sunk cost. Which is to say that the money already spent, so there is nothing that can be done about that.
