Anything someone can say about that yeshiva?
I was going to make this comment on your other thread, but since you asked for a comment:
R’ Ovadia Yosef may be many things to many people, but I hardly think the term “rocks” is a proper derech eretz.
Ask anyone in Ateret.
I’ve only heard good things. Most of dem go to chevron in ey which is
the from the top isreali places.
If you’re talking about the Ateret Torah in Brooklyn, it’s sephardi and the Rosh Yeshiva is a very chashuv person Rabbi Yosef Harrari-Raful. It’s a good place from what I’ve heard about it. I know several guys who went there and they have all turned out to be bnei torah.
The Rosh Yeshiva, Rav Harrari-Raful shlita, is on the Moetzes Gedolei HaTorah of the Agudas Yisroel.
It follows Sephardic (Aram Soba) nussach and minhagim but has a yeshivish hashkafa and derech halimmud. Rav Raful managed to pull off the synthesis very well.
great place
The Rosh yeshiva is one of the gdolei hador of america
