I’m a mordern kid who is in a big mordern shena alef yeshiva. I am looking to go shenA bet in Israel but is having A hard tI’me finding a small personal yeshiva where the kids are not there in skills in Hebrew or gemra. Skill building personal help and keshers with rebbeim are very important. Any ideas?
There’s a place called “Bais”, have you heard of it?

Yeshiva Hesder Ma’alot is wonderful! It is in the Galil.
A similar situation happened to a close colleague. He went to Zeev HaTorah, which is in Jerusalem. The Rosh Yeshiva is Rav Shmuel Brazil who is a world class Talmud Chochom and musical artist. He used to teach in Shor Yoshuv in Long Island but came to Israel a few years ago and started Zeev HaTorah.
