    i know they also go from city to city selling i have famly in baltimore monsey and lakewood who always shop by them and they always let you exchange them where ever you want check your town if they are comming

    Basic Colors located on j and coney its like 7 and 9 bucks each and best quality million colors and fabrics i think they manufacture them
