My name is Yishai, and I am one of the owners of First Fund. We take client feedback seriously and want to address a few important points for clarity.

First Fund is a business funding consulting and advisory firm, not a lender. We do not issue loans, control bank underwriting decisions, or guarantee approvals. All funding outcomes are based on individual credit profile, business structure, and bank criteria.

Over the past three years, we have worked with 500+ clients who successfully obtained business funding. However, as clearly disclosed in our agreements and onboarding materials, results are not all equal, and timelines vary depending on credit age, utilization, existing accounts, and business readiness.

In this specific case, we communicated multiple times with the client, provided guidance, and made good-faith efforts to resolve concerns. Although we believe substantial services were rendered, we nonetheless issued a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill.

Unfortunately, occasional mismatches in expectations can occur in any consulting business. We regret when a client feels dissatisfied, but we categorically reject claims that our company is a “scam,” that funds were “stolen,” or that we engage in deceptive practices.
