Besides the ones mentioned before I don’t know of any other earery’s but I do know that there’s a pizza store in Manhattan- Mike’s Pizzeria they sell a special Gluten Free Pizza pie baked under the GF Foundation guidelines. You can get a whole meal there-a ceaser salad and pizza and you have a whole supper! I never tasted something so similar to the real thing. There’s also on Avenue J and Coney Island Avenue ‘Essen’. I am very sensitive to Gluten and I tried the burger they have there-they leave out the bun. Their home fries are also GF. Their grilled chicken is also GF. i know they are careful about cross contamination because I would be in so much pain if it had the minutest amount of gluten in it.

I need to compliment you on how you explained the severity of eating GF. It shows how severe it is and how it’s not something you can ‘cheat’ on.

    Good Luck.
