    Hello Ah Talmid,

We by no means wish to discriminate against men. Aside from offering an array of core business classes, this conference focuses on the key issues that frum women struggle with in the workplace. At this point, our organization only services women. Perhaps one day, we will be in the position to support the men of our community as well. That being said– if you call our office, we are happy to refer you to one of our many partner organizations that currently work with men. Hatzlacha!

    Hi Sari,

The women attending are diverse in terms of the stage of their businesses, their industries, and their respective locations. To answer your question, the split is about 60/40. 60% of the women that have registered as of now are business owners and 40% are either in the startup phase or thinking about launching a business. We have created a very broad agenda so that women at any stage can learn and grow (you can pre-select the workshops that are relevant to you when you register). You can view the full agenda on the site. At risk of bordering the ‘advertising line,’ I won’t post a link, but hint: we have a banner on this site that will take you to where you need to go. Feel free to ask any additional questions. I hope this helps!
