BTW, what type of boy is your daughter looking for? What age range? Location?As someone who has tried to set up a number of people, I don’t think this is a good idea. It is hard enough to get people to even go out on a first date (and to try a 2nd date, if possible). If they had to pay per date, I believe people would be less likely to actually agree to a date.
