I went to Hadar, and had Mrs. Feldman, who also teaches in Chemdas and now teaches in Nishmas as well. She is an amazing teacher, and one of the girls there this year said that she is the teacher who they get out of bed in the morning for. Her Chumash classes are not normal! It’s a hundred percent worth it to go to a Seminary just for her!
Ma’arava is THE BEST CAMP EVER! I have been going for 4 years, and I made some really amazing friends who keep in touch all year. The staff is warm and amazing. The program is super fun! It is a very out of town camp, generally with around 1 bunk (20 girls) out of 7 bunks per age group being in towners (Lakewood/New York). While the in towners are generally considered to be snobby, one of my best friends from Ma’arava is a Lakewooder and she is not snobby AT ALL!!!!
