as a savvy shopper that enjoys beautiful clothing I always check quality and tznius aspect I am tempted to buy tori burch. I would have to say that quality is a higher standard in designer clothes but if one learns fabric texture style and quality and knows what looks good on them they can do well with moderately priced “designer” clothes.
