The Rabbinical Council of America and the Chief Rabbinate in Israel, have reportedly reached an agreement that will formalize mutual recognition of Orthodox conversions to Judaism., according to a report by Arutz 7. The agreement involves the automatic recognition in Eretz Yisroel of Geirus performed by any one of the participating batei din which will be part of the soon to-be-established network of Regional Batei Din for Geirus. All participating batei din will follow standardized procedures at every step of the Geirus.
