Shin Bet agents working with Israel Police earlier this week arrested a PA (Palestinian Authority) resident and two Israeli Arabs for their ties with ISIS. The Israeli Arabs are from Barta, which is near Haifa and the PA resident is from a nearby PA village. The Israeli are minors, 17, as is the PA resident.

According to the report, all three have recently sworn their allegiance to the Islamic State.
