Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev to visit Yad Vashem today. He will tour the Holocaust History Museum, participate in a Memorial Ceremony in the Hall of Remembrance and visit the Children’s Memorial.

** Jews are suspected in the arson of two Arab cabs in the Dahriya area of the Hebron district during the night. Price tag graffiti painted on a nearby wall as well.

10:02: After a morning of rocket fire, another IAF strike over Gaza. Hamas reporting 2 dead.

** IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Benny Gantz states regional instability threatening and the military stands ready, with the awareness the situation may rapidly involved Israel.

** Over 20 families from Ethiopia in a Mevaseret Tzion absorption center report they have been cut from water, gas & electric. Officials report they are not paying. Jewish Agency says that it is sorry over the incident but private companies cut utilities and it cannot be responsible.

11:42: Rocks hurled at motorists on the Gush Etzion-Hebron Road near Beit Omer. No injuries reported.

** Rafi Eitan, who headed the 7-seat Pensioners’’ Party in the 17th Knesset is going to announce on Tuesday 7 Cheshvan that the party will run in the upcoming election under the “Dor” (Generation) name.
