An IDF officer was attacked during the night (Monday to Tuesday, 14 Cheshvan 5773) by a group of Arabs near Moshav Avigayil in the Southern Hebron Hills area.
The Arabs begin working on the floor of a structure in a military firing zone and when instructed by the officer and agents of the Civil Administration to stop and leave the area they attacked the officer. They threw a bucket of cement at him, injuring him lightly. Three persons were taken into custody.
