The Israel Air Force during the night targeted another Hamas terror tunnel, destroying it. The IDF Spokesman released a message that fighter jets targeted underground terrorist infrastructure in northern Gaza. In addition, Hamas boats were destroyed in the aerial raid.

The raid came in response to a Hamas success, as terrorists succeeded in entering Israel and setting an IDF position ablaze.

The military says the strikes were also in response to ongoing Hamas attempts to dispatch drones and burning kites that have burned Israeli agricultural fields.
