A video showing a 22-year-old Palestinian being shot in the back has resulted in an IDF probe into the shooting, the IDF Spokesman�s Office announced on Sunday.

The video is reportedly from a security camera from a Tulkarem restaurant, which shows Mohamed Habali walking while holding a stick and then being shot from behind, falling to the ground face down. Other men nearby leave the scene.

Mohamed�s mentally disabled brother reportedly told officials that he saw soldiers in the area.

The IDF Spokesman�s Office reports solider were in the area, and they came under attack by Palestinians who hurled rocks. While the soldiers responded to the attacks, the spokesman�s office stressed at no time was life ammunition used to distance the rioters.
