Liberman: We Will Present Our Own Plan for a Coalition Government

Chairman of the Yisrael Beitenu party, MK Avigdor Lieberman, stated in a closed faction meeting that he will announce his plan for the successful formation of a liberal national unity coalition government in the event an impasse is reached in ongoing coalition talks by Yom Kippur, Maariv reports. “The last things Israel needs is another round of elections” he added.

Lieberman released his statement in response to reports that coalition talks between Likud and Blue & White have broken down, insisting “the last thing Israel needs is another round of elections”, exhibiting a measure of confidence that he is capable of providing a formula that will result in his dream coalition, which excludes the chareidi and religious parties towards advancing his secular coercion agenda.
