Two Palestinians with an axe and three large Japanese knives in their possession were caught driving on the entrance road to the yishuv of Beit El in Binyamin on Motzei Shabbos.

B’Chasdei Hashem, an IDF force that happened to be passing by at the same time spotted the Arabs. After stopping them and searching their vehicle, the IDF soldiers arrested them and transferred them to the police for interrogation.

The two terrorists are residents of Tulkarem, meaning they traveled a distance of approximately 50 kilometers from their home in the northern Shomron to Binyamin.

Beit El residents slammed the IDF’s decision to transfer the Palestinians to the police and not to the Shin Bet, as is usually done in terror-related incidents.
