**Fire department officials report 51 Lag B’Omer-related fires were extinguished nationwide during the night.
 
**An AK-47 assault rifle, magazine, bullets for a handgun and other armaments were discovered in a home in the Arab village of Dahariya south of Chevron. Arrests were made.
 
**About ten Arab males were detained by police in the Temple Mount area after they were found to be in possession of fliers condemning the papal visit.
 
**Colleges nationwide will hold a two-hour strike from 12:00pm-2:00pm on Tuesday in protest of proposed education budget cuts.
