Soldiers nabbed an Arab terrorist who on Sunday hurled a makeshift explosive device at the partition fence in northern Shomron, near the Reichan Checkpoint. Baruch Hashem, there were no injuries.

Bomb demolition technicians were summoned to the scene to detonate the device in a controlled explosion.
