Criminal Indictment Expected Against Meah Shearim Mom

cha.jpgWhile the court on Friday released the mother suspected of abuse/neglect to house arrest, permitting her to be united with three of her four children, the state prosecutor has signaled a “serious criminal indictment” is on the way. Prosecution officials report that “once the public hears the evidence in the case, there will not be a person in the country who will not be shocked over the actions of the mother towards her child.”

The prosecution adds the mother was calculated and repeatedly interfered in his child’s medical treatment, deceiving all around her, including medical professionals. The state fears the mother may have also targeted other children, but a “lack of cooperation” has prevented police from probing these allegations further.

Eida Chareidis officials who spoke with YWN Israel on erev shabbos reject the statements released to the media, stating with confidence that when the truth surfaces, the nation will see that there is a witch hunt against chareidim here, nothing more.

  1. BIG TALKERS POLICE OF ISRAEL
they still have yet to indict Olmert for the MAJOR stories against him
Here in Israel they blow thing way out of proportion with out any evidence.

  2. Prosecution officials report that “once the public hears the evidence in the case, . . .”
Is this the way of justice in Israel, to try cases by appealing to the public!? An honest public prosecutor would not be so sensational.

  3. It is true that the way the police brutally arrested her and threw her into jail for 3 days without bail was totally unfair and disgusting, however, there seems to be enough evidence that this child was abused.

  4. fellow yidden, remember dan l’caf zchus means even if the ‘evidence’ is not so perfect, the way we judge this woman is the way Hahem will judge us so it’s prudent to ‘err’ on the side of caution if not an obligation.

DON’T BE MISLED BY THE MEDIA, THEY HAVE YOU BELIEVE WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO , THEY DON’T PROMISE TO STICK TO THE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH…

  5. Just thinking, how about dr’s made her tamper with medical procedures unofficially so they can build a case on her? it has happened previously and wen the truth emerged it led to dr and official resignations plus multi million suings. can’t wait for the truth to emerge.

  6. #4 She was in jail for 10 days not 3. She was supposed to have been for 3-4 days but they kept dragging it out without an end. In the meantime, this pregnant woman was suffering gehenom like the biggest terrorists and these reshaim wouldn’t even allow her out on bail. Until the Rabbanim had enough of it and decided to take action which is the only language these reshaim understand.

THERE SEEMS TO BE ENOUGH EVIDENCE THAT THE CHILD WAS ABUSED BY THE DOCTOR and hospital. They wouldn’t allow such a good case to leave their hands without experimenting. This child has a very rare disease and they were scared that the parents would not allow them to do some experimenting on him, so they did it behind their backs. After 2 years the mother started questioning them. They knew they’re in hot trouble if she finds out, so they got the police involved with some fabrication as a criminal and an abusive mother. Of course the police would rather believe doctors than a chareidi woman.

  7. It should be vice versa, the mother should be the one to bring criminal indictment against the Israeli, Docotors, police and welfare services.

I hope once the truth is known, and her name is cleared, she will do the above.

  8. #7: “Of course the police would rather believe doctors than a chareidi woman.”

Not only the police or secular Israelis, but also MO Jews. Look at the anti-Semitic comments on Cross-Currents. Try commenting the truth – they won’t publish it.

  9. Abuse must be stopped! I cannot take it that the frum community is so willing and wanting to brush this under the rug. There are countless cases of children being abused, physically and mentally, in THE FRUM, ORTHODOX communities across the globe. I am not saying that this woman is guilty, but rather that people should not let their emotions and fear of a “chillul hashem” get in the way of protecting our children.
