House overwhelmingly passes bill to release Jeffrey Epstein files
The House overwhelmingly passed a bill ordering the Department of Justice to release all of its files on Jeffrey Epstein.
President Donald Trump, a former Epstein friend who has railed against the focus on the files, abruptly dropped his opposition to the bipartisan bill days earlier.
The bill, brought by Republican Rep. Thomas Massie of Kentucky and Democratic Rep. Ro Khanna of California, will now head to the Senate.
