An Israeli drone carried out a strike in the Ain al-Hilweh Palestinian refugee camp near Sidon, with initial reports saying that multiple people were killed. There are also reports of the assassination of Fatah’s leader in Lebanon, Munir Al-Maqdah.

The IDF confirmed it struck terrorists operating inside a Hamas training compound in the Ain al-Hilweh area. According to the military, the compound was used for training and planning attacks against IDF forces and Israel. The IDF said it used precise munitions, aerial surveillance, and additional intelligence to reduce harm to civilians.
