Billionaire investor and former 2020 presidential candidate Tom Steyer has officially entered the California governor�s race, releasing a campaign video in which he says Californians are being �run over� by the state�s cost-of-living crisis.

Steyer is running on affordability, climate and corporate accountability, joining an already crowded Democratic field that includes Katie Porter, Xavier Becerra and Antonio Villaraigosa.
