CALIFORNIA SHOOTING: Authorities Identify 18-Year-Old Gunman in Deadly Chico Library Attack That Killed Two


Authorities have identified 18-year-old Bradley Scott Sayer as the gunman who opened fire at the Butte County Library in Chico, California. The attack left two people dead and one person injured. According to police, Sayer was motivated by a desire to carry out a Columbine-style mass shooting.
