Mushroom & Onion Quiche


This recipe makes 2 pies.

Sauté in butter 3 onions in rings. Add 16 oz can of mushrooms drained. Add 1 ½ Tbsp flour and 2 eggs. Close flame.
In separate bowl:
2/3 cup whip
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ tsp pepper

Mix well with onions and mushrooms. Put in frozen crusts. Top with 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese. Bake on 350 for 45 minutes.
