  1. The Israeli Government just can’t swallow the fact that there are a few small enclaves in the Holy City of Yerushalayim which still deserves the title “Ir H’Kodesh”

  2. Why can’t they just leave Meah Shearim alone? They’re not asking them for anything. This is how they live. If the secularists don’t like it, DON’T COME!!

  3. I agree with AY, the chareidi community does NOT go to the beaches of Tel Aviv to condemn the half naked and 3/4 naked women and men galavanting pritzus all over the area nor do they harass these half covered Kallahs who come to take photos in front of the Kotel and only cover up when they actually enter the cordoned plaza.

Secular Jews and/or Israelis and visitors need to learn to respect others and keep their noses out of others business. Imagine if religious people were to converge on Harlem and petition the city to enforce the laws about not showing your underwear and personal body parts in public. Half the community of young people would be arrested with their pants falling half way down to the floor. This private community of ALL chareidei Jews have the right to make their appropriate requests that the community has no objections to. When the community objects to the rules and requests within then THEY should complain to the authorities for change.
