The accompanying photos show the latest terrorist warfare from Gaza. Gaza-based terrorists are now sending kites with bombs attached over the border, as well as balloons filled with helium capable of traveling several kilometers into southern Israel before detonating.

The kite shown in the photos carried an IED over the border, landing near the Kerem Shalom Crossing to Gaza on Sunday, 20 Sivan, failing to detonate.
