While in Israel some are offering rewards, a bounty for the elimination of terrorists who were released in last week’s Gilad Shalit prisoner release deal, in Saudi Arabia an Islamic cleric is offering a $100,000 reward for the abduction of an IDF soldier.

Saudi cleric Dr. Awed al-Qarni is offering a $100,000 reward to anyone who successfully abducts IDF soldiers, his response to the bounty offered by the bereaved parents of a terror victim, Shlomo Liebman, who was gunned down together with his partner Harel Bin-Nun while on patrol near Yitzhar.

After the implementation of the first stage of the Gilad Shalit prisoner release, compelling Israel to release 1,027 terrorists, the parents of Shlomo Liebman announced the reward on the terrorist’s head. The reward announcement is circulating on Facebook and other social network forums, in a number of languages, including English, Hebrew, Turkish and Arabic.
