Tefilos were held during the night Monday to Tuesday, 22 Sivan, for Rosh Yeshivas Grodna HaGaon Rav Don Tzvi Karlenstein in light of a deteriorating in his medical condition.

The rosh yeshiva was not feeling well and Hatzalah responded. The physicians present were going to transport him to a hospital but after consulting with family members, it was decided to permit him to remain at home.

The tzibur is asked to be mispallel for Dov Tzvi ben Ashira Devorah Reichel bsoch kol cholei am yisrael. (דב צבי בן עשירה דבורה רייכל)

The rosh yeshiva was hospitalized in the past year a number of times and at one period he was in critical condition due to a cardiac incident.
