It never was theirs, and never should be. They are fully capable to build as many as they need, without usurping the ones belonging to local communities.
Marccoh! Before you put in your comment showing your love for observant Jews even thou they are Chassiddim that is Gerer Chassiddim get the facts straight before you spread so many lies. Don’t join the Lapid’s anti observant hate together with the Mayor of Arad continuisly trying to hamper and destroy any semblance of religion in Israel. The Shul is a community Shul made alive and active thanks to the Gerer Chassiddim in the neighborhood appreciated by all who pray there. It’s the secular anti religious who disrupted the prayers which is a disgrace that must be stopped. That is what Klal Yisrael is protesting and we should all join them. Sinas Chinam is what keeps us in Golus. Saying good about others will be more beneficial.HAPPY CHANUKAH
