A major crash involving multiple vehicles has left an elderly person is in critical condition Monday night.
The accident involved an Egged bus, as well as multiple private vehicles, and occurred on Katzenellenbogen Street in the Har Nof section of Jerusalem.
The victim, who is reportedly around 70-years-old, was R”L pinned between the bus and another vehicle.
United Hatzalah Volunteers as well as Paramedics from Magen David Adom treated the victim on the scene and rushed him to Shaarei Tzedek Hospital, where he is listed in critical condition.
The driver of the Egged bus sustained light injuries.
The cause of the crash in under investigation.
