A group of Yeshiva boys from Yeshiva Birchas Shmuel were on a baseball outing to a local Flatbush park when they came upon large swastikas.
The boys were with their Menahel, Rabbi Refoel Wallerstein, and were in the “Kelly Park” located on Avenue S and East 14th Street. The swastikas were spray painted in large black paint on the ground.
The NYPD’s 61st Precinct responded to the park, and called for assistance from the NYPD’s Hate Crimes Unit.
Detectives from the unit are investigating the troubling incident.
