3:00PM EST: Numerous rescue personnel are currently on the scene at Greenfield Park Meadows with an overturned cement truck at the location. The driver is out of the vehicle, and there are no serious injuries being reported.
Greenfield Park meadows is a new development for Frum families – currently under construction for the upcoming summer.
Ulster County Sheriff, State Police, FD and EMS personnel are all on the scene.
