12:00AM EST Motzei Shabbos: Sullivan County Emergency Services are on the scene of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle on Route 52 near Hasbruck Road.
A chopper is unable to fly due to the rainy weather. The patient will be transported via ground to a hospital.
