5:00PM (Tuesday): YWN has just been informed that there is a jack-knifed tractor-trailer in Staten Island, resulting in serious delays. The accident is reportedly on the “Brooklyn-Bound” Staten Island Expressway, in the area of the Bradly Avenue Exit. Traffic is reported to be backed up for miles.
Please let anyone travelling to New York from New Jersey (or Staten island) for Yom Tov of this incident.
Traffic is heavy heading towards New jersey as well.
