In the presence of President Shimon Peres and Supreme Court Chief Justice Dorit Beinish, 43 new justices were sworn into Israel’s judicial system on Tuesday.
In his remarks, President Shimon Peres congratulated the new justices, calling upon them to come down hard on those responsible for “terror of crimes”, citing murders, stabbings, assaults, abusing foreign workers and drug dealers.
