Refusnik IDF Pilots Given Deadline For Dismissal From Service

IDF reserves pilots who have refused to report for duty out of “protest” against the current government may be dismissed from the Israeli Air Force (IAF) by October 17.

Channel 13 News reported that all squadron commanders will have to compile a list of their active pilots ahead of October 17, the date that the IAF is holding a large joint exercise with the US Air Force. Pilots who have refused to report for duty will be deemed unfit and may be dismissed from the Air Force.

  1. Their might be time before the next war to train replacements. Or not.

The dilemma for the religious zionists (including pro-Medinah hareidim), is that the Israeli economy and military establishment is controlled by the anti-religious. While tourism and yeshivos bring in large amounts of money, the overall basis of the economy, and the military establishment is the high tech industry which is very hiloni. Without them, the medinah’s prosperity and survival are in doubt. And the only alternative to secular rule, which is unacceptable to all but the anti-medinah hareidim, is to make peace with the Yishmaelim which would require giving up much territory and much of the zionist character of the state.

  2. Stop giving these traitors the honorable title of “refusenik”. A refusenik is a Jew who the Soviets refused to allow to leave their country for Eretz Yisrael. The very opposite of these people, who would be more at home in the USSR than in Eretz Yisrael.
