Britain has upgraded its terror threat level from “substantial” to “severe” following yesterday’s terror attack targeting Jews in Golders Green, North London.

The Joint Terrorism Analysis Centre said the new level means another terror attack is considered highly likely within the next six months.

Officials said the decision follows the stabbing attack, though it was not based solely on that incident.
