A commercial vessel was taken by “unauthorized personnel” earlier today while anchored 38 nautical miles northeast of Fujairah, UAE, the UK Maritime Trade Operations said.

The vessel is now reportedly bound for Iranian territorial waters. UKMTO said it is continuing to investigate and advised vessels in the area to report any suspicious activity.
