WILLIAMSBURG: NYPD Chief of Transportation Olufunmilola F. Obe and NYPD Highway Division Commanding Officer Conor Wynne met with leaders from Williamsburg Shomrim and Hatzolah following the horrific tragedy earlier this month that claimed the life of 9-year-old Yoel Jacobowitz. Officials visited the scene at Lee Avenue and Wallabout Street to discuss ways to improve safety in the area, followed by a meeting at Williamsburg Shomrim headquarters.
