Im young and i live in brooklyn i have no idea what will be when the time comes to buy a house. Who could afford brooklyn anymore? Even the rent is crazy, you can pay 1800-2000 for a 2bedroom!! Meshuga! Who can afford that! Rochester here we come!!!!!
Rochester is a beautiful place the winters are overrated you get used to it. The prices for real estate in NYC is ridiculous. Rochester is definitely the place to move.

That’s why a lot of people are moving to Staten Island. Half as much as Brooklyn for a home. Bussing to Brooklyn and the kids can stay in the same yeshiva.
