Why did it suddenly become so URGENT for a teenage girl to have a cell. How about 10-15 years ago when nobody had, are there today less incidents because of this? Just the opposite!
as a matter of fact, the cell phone can and brings HORRIBLE problems for the community. And if u think your child is safer with a cell, U SHOULD KNOW the opposite is true.
And the DANGER is growing by the day, as technology does.
