There were no backticks used in the above sketch.

The way it was done was:

1) Opened Word and set the font to Tahoma 10pt (this site’s text font and size).

2) Opened the “Character Map” application and selected the “black box” character.

3) Pasted the “black box” several times to make a heavy line.

4) Cut-and-pasted the first line to make a second one.

5) Made the star between the lines.

6) “Selected All” and made the font bold.

7) Adjusted the spacing.

8) “Replaced All” spaces with “ “

9) Used the <a> and <strong> tags to make the font bold and blue.

10) After posting, there were a couple of lines that didn’t line up properly, so I went back in “edit” mode and added more  ‘s to fix it. Several edits were required, which is what I was thanking the moderator for.
