I have problems with the theoretical “Daas Torah” concept that even the Mili D’alma of a “Gadol” is Halachically binding on everyone. But if that doesn’t exist, then Shalom Al Yisrael.
I still strongly protest any claims of any unwritten Mesorahs, though, for the reasons I explained.
